Horrible experience. They have all rookies here. New owners that don't care about customer service or your vehicle. They are the so called experts but put my springs in backwards? Really? Had to wait an extra 4 hours and miss work. Would not go back or recommend this place to anyone. They didn't even offer me any discounts or credit.
Recently had work done to my F150 at Scott Spring. I am very happy with the work! I was treated with respect (which sometimes doesn't happen when a lady brings a truck in for repair) The work was done on time & on quote. My boyfriends Dodge ram is going to need springs in the near future & we will be booking it with Scott Spring.
Thanks for the great service Ron & staff!!!!!!!!!!!
The work they completed on my vehicle was dangerous to myself and others on the road They installed suspention and didnt adjust the pitman arm to give the truck full range of steering and let me drive with limited steering . Five minute job fixed it .They wanted me to bring it back to them to fix but didnt want to pay the tow bill and said they also woundnt pay for 3rd party repair. It was cheeper and safer for me to repair at 3rd party. When I called them with the issue they hung up. I dont think they knew how to adjust the pitman arm. There are much better shops that this one.If you have no choice GET A QUOTE BEFORE WORK BEGINS.a must at this place .You'll figure out why very shortly if you dont
