It is difficult to find trustworthy house cleaners where I reside in St. Albert. I began my search in Edmonton and came upon Duty Cleaners. I'm delighted to report that I have no problems, and I enjoy having them visit my house every other week.
Duty Cleaners accommodated my last-minute request to have both my move-in and move-out cleaning completed on one day. I'm really grateful that they were able to get me scheduled so quickly. My landlord had asked for this company's name because he has never found one that passed his cleaning inspection, so that was a bonus. I was also able to get my security deposit back.
I hired this company to clean my house Feb12/20. I had rented out to previous tenants who left the house in pretty terrible condition; hence why I hired a cleaning company. Long story short, they did not complete their service by withholding from vacuuming. They gave me an extremely hard time. After a whole lot of extremely unnecessary back and forth, they offered me $100 off with the exception I remove my reviews. As a person who reads reviews, I chose not to accept this bribe. Please beware.
