I have used fightthatticket for several tickets. I have also sent friends and family there. One girl faxed in a photo radar ticket and she said she felt like she won the lottery when she saved $100. I felt pretty good so I always mention this place others. In my younger days I actually fought a Reckless Driving ticket through them. I broke even after costs but they dropped the demerits from 6 to 2. I am a safer drive now, but it saved me insurance costs.
These people practice VERY unprofessional behavior,and I would recommend you avoid this place at all cost.I made an appointment with Catherine promptly for 11 am Wednesday (today) She assured me I would be in good hands with her associate (STEVE),WELL I drove 1 1/2 hrs round trip just to find the doors locked and a note saying closed. I Was VERY upset to realize they wouldn,t care enough about a possible future client to call .I called and Steve blew up at me yelling WE DO NOT TAKE appointments
Terrible attitude, and no customer service. I phoned for professional legal advice on whether or not I should fight a traffic ticket. His advice "figure it out for yourself, and phone me back when you decide" needless to say, I'll make my decision, but I sure won't be phoning this joker back.
Calling me a joker just because I told you to call me when you figure out that you want to fight your ticket is just rude... Dont you think that is something for you and only you to know? I dont know you or your driving record so asking me if you should fight your ticket? is impossible for me to answer.. maybe next time stop by my office with the ticket and your driver abstract for a complete consultation.
