Keep your receipts....
The store is not overpriced. But it is not cheaper to get any of these products at other stores or online.
A 60$ fan..... seriously.
That is what this review is about.
They wouldnt honor a 60$ fans warranty when I have purchased thousands of dollars of at their north store because they couldnt find the recipt .. when they keep the receipts as they are associated with my file and I ALWAYS give them my name and number to get the 10%discount.
Integrety people.
Hanzel is wonderful and the owners aren't bad either, lol. Always friendly, helpful and good information. The store is set up really nice with plants,lights and the sound of water trickling in the background. Whatever we need is always in stock and affordable.
