No stars for this outfit. What a rip off. I have been waiting for over 5 days for a plumber to show up to fix something they did not do right in the first place. When I called to ask to talk to a manager Michelle asked me for all my information again. In the past they ask for the address and get the information. When I told her to look up the information, she put me on hold and left me there hooping that I would hang up. What a lousy customer service.

Jie did a good job. We got water leak underneath the kitchen sink. He found the problem quickly , and replaced a new faucet for us. He was so friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I am EXTREMELY upset with this company. They came to assist with my shower repair in march and it is now December and it still DOES NOT WORK RIGHT and they will not even return my calls now about repairing it. I paid the bill the day of service but they DO NOT stand behind their work!!!

Very nice detailed service, really recommended

Called for an emergency repair, service rep was not friendly, technician came after the arranged appt window, and after he left we discovered the repair was not done to code. Called for a re-do, again service rep was not friendly but arranged an appt for that evening, specifically asked for a different technician. Same technician came, again late. Argued with him for 10min that repair was not to code, had to threaten to call manager before he finally redid the repair which took him only 5min.

Colton was very professional while dealing with a complicated drain blockage. He always explained what he was doing and what the next option was when the first attempt was unsuccessful. Would highly recommend him.
