Their customer service is fast enough but the billing is terrible. They overbill and charge for the same thing twice. If we weren't under contract we wouldn't stay with them.
I was saddened to see that you had a negative experience with us. I discovered there were billing issues in our old accounting system which caused the problem, and we were happy to credit the invoices back when you contacted us regarding this mid-June 2017.
The Sunco team always strives to give five-star service, but we realize this doesn't happen 100% of the time. Again, I apologize for the difficulties you experienced and appreciate your continued business.
