I’ve never had to pay what I did for a color and a cut than at this salon. They colored my hair with a lot lighter color so now my roots are darker than the ends are a lot lighter and It looks ridiculous. I told them to cut to a certain style which they didnt do. Then when i brought it to their attention they said if you want more cut off youll be charged for another cut. They dont care about their customer or their reputation. They had been highly recommended to me, as well.
