I was a loyal customer for years. Now, you can't trust the stock even if you've placed the order and gotten confirmation. You may get a random email days later saying oh sorry we don't have that so we shipped only what we had in stock. Worse after this happened two orders in a row, I contact them before placing the order to confirm they have the stock, they say yes. So I order and again 2 days later I get a sorry we don't have it. I spent $300 at your store. Had asked to have my order revised to beef instead of chicken. They sent only chicken in my order. They came back and said sorry, they made a mistake. I asked if they would exchange it. And then they ignored my emails.☹️ Extremely disappointed. Will not order again due to the mistake on their part and the fact they ignore your emails when they don't want to resolve their incompetence.
I have always been able to find what I need. If I couldn’t, there would be an employee ready to help me find what I was looking for. Employees are always polite and willing to help. Prices for the products are competitive and I find the best deals at this store.
I remember when this Homes Alive 1st opened. Packed with animals and nicely lively. Now, it's dead quiet and the only animals are poorly taken care of betta fish in tiny plastic cups.
Wasnt very impressed when I went in yesterday the one female worker was very rude to my child as we were looking for a cat item we walked and one of the kitties were out and she was very rude to my child about don't go over there where the cat is when they were not even over there and they knew not to bother the cat needless to say how her attitude was towards us I did not buy what we were going to.
I frequent all the pet shops here in town because i have a lot of pets. I like all of them for different reasons but Homes Alive i have found to be very knowledgable and way more helpful then the rest!
This place has the most variety of product and best quality products as well there prices are much lower than the larger chain pet stores in town Compared 12.98$ at the competition for the same new product at Homes Alive for 7.98$ Love this pet store
Customer service seems to be very low on the businesses' list of priorities. I had to wait a long time for an employee to finish a personal phone call before I was served. Then the manager couldn't care less about it.
