My brother had his wedding reception here. I can't begin to detail the issues we had Rose organizing the event. Just as described in other reviews, she was frazzled and constantly making excuses for her inability to assist us with even the simplest requests. Had to completely redecorate the venue the day of the reception and items we had requested prior to the event that she promised she could provide suddenly were unavailable the day of. Went back on her word on what was promised and instead of being helpful and accommodating she was incredibly rude and condescending. Have never experienced such a terrible customer service situation. I'm giving the two stars because the servers and chef were so kind. Unless they rehire someone to deal with their events, my only advice - stay away!
