I had an awful experience with a kennel previous to this where my dog came back hungry, dirty, hadn't been walked or let out to go to the washroom in days, and there were mouse droppings in his food. When I picked him up from Club Mead he was happy, calm, healthy, and clean. The staff were professional, courteous, efficient, and showed a genuine concern for the animals.
