Bad Branch Manager
I placed a delivery order to BP's franchise in Olds, Alberta. I waited for more than an hour but didn't get my order. Curious, I called back just to find out they had lost my order, with it my phone number and my address. So I requested for delivery again. Now, after 50 minutes of not receiving the order AGAIN, I called to speak to the branch manager, Angelo. Instead of apologizing, she told me that the next time I should order somewhere else. Of course I will never order BP again, but I think if she is incapable of doing her job right, she doesn't deserve to be there either!
