I recently used Carstar in Olds, AB for an insurance claim. They had excellent customer service and my repair was done in a timely and professional manner. My car looks better than ever and I would highly recommend Carstar in Olds!
Absolutely terrible service, all I wanted was a quote and they were too lazy or just didn't care enough to get me one. They wouldn't return multiple calls over a period of 3 days, I heard from lots of friends and family about how terrible they are with customer service and the quality of work they provide and now I am a true believer.
