Wow, rude, intentionally rude staff here!!. North store is a UPS pick-up/drop off point. I walked in asked for where the UPS counter was and this person then made me wait at least 10-15 minutes while she played with a bouquet she was making. There was no one else in the store and she clearing was in no rush, then I had to wait while she started up the computer! Will be letting UPS know how ignorant they are to their customers!! Will I buy flowers from them after this experience?? NOT!!

We are sorry that you felt you had a bad experience while waiting for your UPS package. We are a pick up and drop off location for UPS, but we are a flower shop, if my staff are in the middle of something like making a flower bouquet for a customer, they always greet our customer and get to them as soon as they can. As she was the only staff member one at that time she was just trying to finish her order before she could help you.
Exceptional service and selection. My friend regrets trying to do her wedding on her own after seeing how beautiful my cousin's wedding was done by their awesome staff. Would recommend every time.
my husband ordered 2 dozen roses...they started to die within 24 hrs. Managment was rude and service was horrible. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not only were they rude, I was called a liar over staff. Am I bitter?? you bet $200 is alot of money to spend on flowers that don't last a day.

I am sorry to hear that you feel you had such a horrible experience. I can assure you this is not what our service is like. We have a 7 day guarentee on all of our roses and it is our store policy to replace them within that time period with proof of purchase. Please feel free to contact our store so we can make arrangements to resolve this issue if we have not already.
Bought a dozen roses for $80 they all started falling apart within 2 days and by the third day only one was left alive. Never going there again

Purchased $100.00 bouquet for my wifes b-day. The flowers never even lasted a week and they were all dead. Definetly NOT a do-over, EVER!
