Kevin, who we dealt with today, was the best TELUS representative we have ever had!! He was totally knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, assisting us with a process in which we had several attempts at various stores in B.C. and Alberta. If i could give him a higher rating than what is available here I would!! He gave us advice and smoothly assisted us in the process, and even suggested further bundle deals to save us money. I doubt we will deal with anyone else!! EXEMPLARY SERVICE!! TEN/TEN !

Not even worth of one star! Came to the store and spoke to people but each individual ignored and walked right past! Not even helpful when someone was "helping". They weren't able to answer the simple question. In fact I waited more than twenty minutes for one person to "help" and when they were ready they merely said someone else will "help".
