    Absolutely Horrible!!!

    I had ordered an arrangement of flowers to be delivered to a loved one. I was asked by the manager taking my order on the phone when I would like the flowers to be delivered (which I appreciated since it was important for the arrangement to arrive before lunch). The next day the delivery was made over an hour late! And the person I was sending the flowers to had to wait through her lunch hour to receive them. After calling to describe my frustration and disappointment to the same manager I quickly realized this company has no idea how to deal with an unhappy customer. I just hope the arrangement is at least made with flowers.

    sent plant for my daughters birthday and requested for some blooms in it. the plant arrived plain and no blooms (and did not last long, well could be due to other circumstances). paid high price for something that could have been bought from grocery store and saved me a lot of $.
