Irv came and cleaned our ducts, furnace, and dryer ventstoday. 5 star experience 100% happy with his work. We had THREE birds' nests in our dryer vent and it was pretty much all blocked. Our furnace vents were in a shameful state. Already noticed that the house smells better ... Thankful we didn't fire up the furnace in our house before Irv came. Irv went the extra mile, explained his work to us and didn't cut corners.
I had my cleaning yesterday. Booked the time with his wife and she explained all the costs and procedures to me on the phone. When Irv arrived I gave him a quick overview of what I needed and confirmed the pricing. He was professional did an excellent job in/out within 3 hours...the cost was under what other companies would have charged. He is a 1 man show and I like to support small companies. I would highly recommend Unique Duct Cleaning and look forward to having him clean our fireplace.
Irv came and cleaned our furnace and ducts this fall. We were very pleased with the quality of his work and the service provided. Everything was explained clearly to us, there were no hidden costs. Overall I would highly recommend Unique.
Irv came to clean our "new-to-us" home yesterday. He asked my wife if we wanted things "sanitized" but didn't mention that this was an extra cost nor did he explain what was done for this extra cost. I was there for barely 2 hours and the house reeked of dog when he left (due to allergies we don't have pets). Poor Communication. Poor Service. Incomplete Job. Lots of "extra charges". Not the first ducts we've had cleaned but the last time we'll use Unique.
