ABSOLUTELY horrible / he broke my cartridge while refilling it then scotch taped it together and put it in a bag. Showed me a already printed copy claiming it was from my cartridge and he guaranteed all workman ship. Ha what a joke - he lied about my cartridge being old and no good so he could sell me a XL mine had just run out of ink that morning. Now their excuse is it was old... it was the one they sold me / never never never again
