    Unreliable service

    This company booked my service appointment. On the service day, nobody come. I called the customer service line, they directed me to the owner's voicemail. left message, the owner called next day to apologize and we re-scheduled over the phone. On the second scheduled day, one staff named Scott called and said that one of their repairman didn't show up and it is inconvenient for them to come and asked me to find someone else instead. Totally unreliable!! Bad customer service!!
