Bel-Air Taxi

Cab # CT110...He picked up a passenger at Gain Medical, Austin and Gatensbury in Coquitlam......drop off at 750 Delestre Ave. (residences @ Belvedere. The passenger is a senior, unable to open the cab door due to paralysis of her arms. The driver made her wait until he finished his personal phone call, although noticing her problem. When he had to fasten her seat belt, he was angry and annoyed. No matter what his problem was, courtesy and assistance comes first. Terrible service.

Called 5 hours in advance to book a taxi for 6. At the designated time they called saying they do not have a van available but would send two cars. No offer of a one car trip. Pathetic. Do not use this company!

Our taxi was late, he kept making angry phone calls to people, he stopped on the freeway for about 10 minutes and kept stopping at various locations because he got lost on the way to the airport. Lets just say it was a very stressful car ride and we're lucky to have caught our flight. One star because at least the seats were comfortable.

The cars smell like garbage and that's if they pick up their phone.
