poor service for Brides around Grad time..lovely dresses but rushed service.

DONT BUY FROM HERE.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. Customer service is the worst, no one seems to care. Bought my dress here and had it altered at the sister store, they forgot to do the correct alterations 4 times and we were forced to come back each time. No one at Novellas seemed to care whatsoever as we had to call back and forth to each store wondering when the dress would be done. When it finally was the done the work was horrible and rushed. DO NOT GO HERE OR NUVONS OR GOLDEN BRIDAL.

Amazing!!!! Larissa and her team are so helpful and helped me and my whole bridal party choose our dresses! This store is a smaller boutique and we almost missed it while looking at some of the larger stores. They have such beautiful stuff in here and their customer service was the best on the street, the other places were so rude! Definitely RECOMMEND them if you wan't a great experience picking out your gown!
