    I had a very positive and pleasant experience at Iris Optometry with Dr. Reid. The entire staff was friendly and congenial from my first contact for booking to walking in and leaving again. I would almost consider making a special trip to the Island just to see them!

    I experienced an attitude with follow up questions about my eye exam and prescription because I didn't buy my glasses at Iris in Parksville. The attitude that nobody else has quality lenses and you must pay their higher prices to get quality vision.
