Saw him to get a new will. First draft was a repeat of my old will. Second draft had all the emailed issues included but still a lot of old stuff I didn't want that we hadn't discussed. This upset me so much I fired him. Received a rude, unpleasant email back from him. And he expected me to remove my shoes before I entered his premises.

I have 40 years experience and hundreds of happy clients This person arrived with an attitude.Of course revised Wills are similar to a previous one. I e-mailed a draft to assure there was no misunderstandings so that changes could be made for the final version . That is a bad thing? I have never had a client not wish to remove footwear, coming in from the rain, into the office.I guess the chance to fire a lawyer over this &file a complaint tells more about the client than my level of service.
