Winston Hallier,tried to get us to pay 100% upfront. We gave him 50%. He was late starting the job, and spent over a month on the job. He damaged all our gates with his heavy equipment, our heat pump, and broke our porcelain garden ornaments. He damaged our lawn with his Ditch Witch. Every time we pointed out damage, he denied it or made an excuse. He swore at our neighbours when they told him not to park in their driveway. Leak stains from equipment! Job never completed and left a mess!
