I agree with other reviewers. The front end staff are really rude. I wonder how they would feel if they were patients and got the same rude, insensitive and disrespectful treatment they told out top patients. They need serious training in Motivational Interviewing. I am surprised, the clinic would not do more to properly address/resolve these issues, especially given so many patients are having issues with mistreatment by front staff.

Front desk receptionists are rude and they don't care !!! I'm calling to make a appointment I'm still on hold 5 mins or longer now!!!! Grrrrrrr Sorry the doctors are great!!

This Clinic is the worst. They dont do follow ups, they dont send out reminders regarding appiontment booked months ago .. The head Doctor Dr Lazarus travels more times than then Alastair Rae birds , you almost never see him ....The one star rating doesnt do justice to how poor i think their services are if only yp allowed half star rating

Looking up the comments I found in internet and hearing the complaints from people I know whom been to this clinic, seems this clinic's reputation has been infamous for a long time. Having good doctors doesn't help all the time if the front desk people treated you so rude before you see the doctor. The front desk lady mess up appointment twice--and I've only been there 3 times so far. Her supervisor is very rude as well. No wander the front desk lady is trained like that.
