    Back around 2009 we got an estimate from Dubravko to do a full electrical upgrade. We went with another electrician, no big deal, they just made a better offer. Now, 2017, I have another small job and I called them. Guy said he would be here in an hour but then didn't show. Called him back and he says that he drove by our place and remembered that I didn't go with him before and that he didn't have time to give us an estimate. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
