    Best in Barrie! They made my dream kitchen come to life. Everyone is extremely friendly and very informative. I have used them 3 times so far and will continue as i renovate my cottage.

    The granite slab ...

    The granite slab I ordered from DiPietra was cut incorrectly. DiPietra admitted it was their fault but my sales person did nothing make the situation right other than offer to cut it correctly the second time while I wait for two hours. I was two hours by car and 20 minutes by boat from the shop. I was invoiced an additional $310 for delivery of the new slab which DiPietra should reimburse me for. There is another shop just across the road I notice, Regal or Regency. I'd try them instead.

    It is regrettable to hear that a client has not received the best experience with our company. Customer service is always number one priority for us. This issue was corrected in a timely manner but unfortunately due to the discounted rate the customer received we were unable to cover all the costs associated outside of the product itself.
