Had him come work on a 5 year old fridge with a presumably a broken fan. Said he couldn’t find one that I needed to replace the fridge which is a cafe model and had appx value of 4 k brand new. He was miserable the whole time and argued with people trying to help. Did not want to do any work as far taking things apart. He wanted me to do all the work. He is lazy. He doesn’t back his work. He actually took 500 since he couldn’t fix it now he won’t come back and even look at it.

Murray came to my house to fix my dryer and refrigerator. He was so professional and pleasant. He also called me to follow up on how my dryer and refrigerator was doing. Customer service to the max! My research findings were that this company had an A+ rating on BBB, hence one of the reasons why I choose them. I would highly recommend Murrays Appliance Service!
Murray Replaced the thermostat on my Dryer and provided a 3 month warranty. 2 months later, the Dryer was having the same problem. He shows up at 9am without calling in advance or confirming a time. I was not at home and my Wife questioned why he didnt call or let me know what time he was coming so I would be home. Murray got upset, raised his voice and started arguing with my wife with my kids in the house! He then picked up his bag and said Take me to court! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES
Murray was very prompt with a solution to my GE profile Refrigerator problem. Solved it over the phone. Everyone else wanted to make service call will fees for the next day. My electronics were suggesting a defrost problem. The refrigerator was not. And my problem may still need a call but at least this way we can monitor the situation to see if it is really have a problem or just a re boot of electronics.

Had a problem with our KitchenAid refrigerator. The drain hose wasn't draining which caused water to pool at the base of the freezer and also the fridge section to freeze. Murray explained over the phone what he thought was wrong, how long it would take to fix and an estimate if all went well. He arrived on time, was courteous, fixed the problem and charged us the original quote. Would definitely use his services again. Highly recommend him.
Very helpful and willing to go the extra distance. Murray said he would be out within the hour (amazing enough) but then phoned me back to discuss the problem further, then called the appliance supplier to get their feedback on the problem, called me back again, gave me a suggestion of what might fix the fridge and said if that didn't work my 20 year old fridge might need replacing. All this with kindness, patience and a sense of humour. Would definitely call again.
I called Murray to fix my washing machine. He scheduled the appointment quickly, arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and efficient. I would call him again without hesitation.

Free advice
This guy just saved me a service call by confirming what I already suspected was wrong with my fridge. "It will cost you $500 for a new compressor" - basically advising me to wait for my fridge to break down and get a new one. I will DEFINITELY call him if I decide to repair the fridge, he deserves my business.
I had a small problem with my refrigerator ice maker. Being somewhat of a handy man Murry offered me a fix on the telephone without pushing a service call. When some large problems arise with my appliances I will certainly call on Murry for service.
A bag of milk leaked into the bottom of our fridge and then the temperature control went all wonky and the fridge ran continuously, the fridge being warm and the freezer well below zero. I phoned Murray Appliance and after talking over the phone, he told me to unplug it over night to let all the milk thaw and drain out. I did that. I also cleaned the fridge, tilted it a few times to drain out more milk. Then the next day it worked fine. His advice over the phone was spot on, it was free and he was very helpful. Hopefully I never have problems again, but if I do, I know who I will call again.

I Called Murrays Appliance Service with a problem with my dishwasher, he immedietly started asking me questions about my diswasher, the end results was Murray came up with two possible reasons why my Dishwasher was acting up. sure enough when he arrived he found that the problem was one of the two reasons he mentioned, he repaired it then and there, high praises for Murrays Appliance Service

Murrays Appliance Service came to my home to look at my whirlpool fridge, i was told by another sevice company that i needed a new compressor for $500.00 . after Murray did a small test he decided i needed a start relay for compressor, he installed it and the compressor started right up, 3 days later its running smoothly. the cost was $170.00 , i strongly recommend Murrays Appliance Service
