Fixed my oven. Asked if I could ask question about issues with my washer and dishwasher. Answered questions and fixed the washer. Total bill was not expensive. Good service.
Stellar service. Jason from Dash Appliance has replaced the pump on my dishwasher and also replaced the element in my oven. The service was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. I called to book a repair over the weekend. Spoke with the owner on Monday. He was rude and condescending. When I told him I have three small children and would appreciate as soon as possible he responded with several remarks like, “well I have a family too and there are 30 families in front of you. And hung up on me.” I will NEVER use their service. If they are that busy then perhaps it is time to hire a person with some phone demeanor.
Great service they called me the night before and told me what time they would be at my house so I didn't have to take the whole day off work. Gave me a heads up call at work so I could meet them at my house. Repaird My fridge frosting problem and actually explaind why it happend. I wish all service providers were as prompt and handsome as these two, almost can't wait for another break down LOL!! Thanks again guys.
Technician arrived when expected. Very friendly and nice to work with. Fixed my dryer in no time and it now works better than ever. Gave only 4 stars because dryer hose was disconnected when it was put back in place.
