They did an amazing job on my lawn! Their company offers great service and even better customer service. I enjoy the lawn care treatments and not having to call every year to get my lawn done is great. I highly appreciate their hard work and efforts on my lawn!!
I have had the same experience and would recommend that anyone stay away from this company. In the Fall of 2014 I clearly explained that I did want their services for 2015 as I required full services: mowing, weeding, pruning, edging, mulching, etc.
They have performed 2 unauthorized services this Spring and have constantly called wanting to sign me up for 2015 and requesting payment for these unauthorized applications. I have now requested to be added to their do not call list. We will see
Horrible experience with Dr. Green. After repeated cancellations (all through Customer Service), they continued to show up and service my lawn.
Initially, we would pay for these unwanted services. Silly us. After reading several online reviews, it appears that this is how they conduct business and not an oversight.
We are now being harassed with daily phone calls for services that we physically turned away.
