Great customer service. The office staff was nice, professional and they were able to squeeze me in right away. There were some issues with the parts needed but the tech Matthew went above and beyond to make sure my Viking oven was fixed. Really good company, I have recommended them to anyone who asks about repairs.
Excellent and easy company to deal with! I have used Precision Appliance twice, and it's been an easy and quick experience both times. I had Ian and Chris come out to look at my Sub-Zero and within a week they had the parts and had it fixed. Ian and Chris are both great guys. Precision Appliance has been the nicest company I've dealt with in a long time. Keep up the great work guys!

Precision returned my call the very same day and an appointment was booked to repair my washing machine the very next day. They confirmed that they had the parts most likely to be needed before coming. The repairman knew what he was doing, worked hard and was very respectful. When it was determined that I needed a new control panel, one was ordered and a second visit was booked. With the new control panel installed, my washer works well once again. Extra detergent advice was also given!
Never get back to you, disorganized, unprofessional, inexperienced technical staff. Overall very poor service.
These guys are great. I had a technician named Chris come to fix my dishwasher that was giving me nothing but problems. I previously had another company come to look at it, they took my money and did not fix the problem. Chris came in the morning because I was only available then and he was really nice,professional and took him a short time to diagnose what was wrong. He didn't have the part on him but ordered it that day and came back to fix it 2 days later. Knowledgeable and friendly company
We are very happy with the service provided by Precision. The gentleman who took my call was great and more than willing to do what he could to help us on a Thursday late afternoon. He went above and to make arrangements for the repair man to come. The repair man who came worked longer this day to get us a fridge that would work as we lost most of our food. He was great and my son really enjoyed talking with him and learning from what he was doing. Really happy with them.

First time using Precision Appliance on referral from LG. Found the office staff to be very professional, accommodating and thorough. The technicians were very pleasant and quick with the two repairs I had done. Pricing was also very fair. Wouldn't hesitate to call again for my appliance repairs.

This customer was harming their own appliance with a poor installation and using a dryer designed for home use as a commercial dryer. This was our second visit to repair damage caused by this install (poor venting on a gas dryer) We also attempted to "TAG" a dangerous install of the gas line but were forced to leave before we could tag the gas system and report to UNION GAS. The offence has been reported to union gas. This is a very unsafe work area for us and the the employed at this place of business. I'll take a 1 Star review any day if it mean we do our job properly and potentially save lives.
I Previously had one of their technicians in to take a look at my gas range. The range came with the house when we bought it and there were no serial numbers on it. The technician knew this prior to coming. After he took a look it (I had to take a day off of work because they wouldn't give me a specific time of when they would show up, just anytime between 8-5pm), he informing me that he would get back to me with prices for parts. He never did. Almost 3 weeks later I called and they informed me
