The worst "customer service" in the business. A successful buffet business, but terrible customer service and phone skills - the worst in the restaurant business we've ever experienced. I guess when you get sufficiently busy you can mistreat even your regular customers.
Instead of accepting our order pleasantly, phone staff chastized me for for substituting on a dinner for 2. (there is 1.50 charge for substitutions, which I was more than comfortable paying). When I called to speak with the owner, and I was very polite but frustrated with how I'd been treated, he hung up rudly. I phoned back to inquire as to why he would hang up and he refused apology and argued that they were not rude.
We will never again support this local restaurant or any affiliated with it.
This is premium food for a resionable price!!
Ive been testing diffent asian foods and different tecniques of eating and this little place in essex takes the cake. GO THERE!!!!
