Overcharging
They were very polite and friendly but did a poor job. I would come home and see some areas that looked great but other area's not at all. I would leave a nice note stating which area's looked good and what area's needed more attention. After 3 or 4 notes and still seeing inconsistency, I found for what they were charging I was much better off doing it myself. I left them a message stating I would no longer need their services and was surprised that I didn't get a call back asking for more details. I have used other housekeeping services and know what to expect for my money. Sadly they are far too expensive for what they provide. If they improve their quality of work they could do very well.
