East Side Mario's welcomes you to their dining room. Their atmosphere has been described as casual. They graciously provide a take-out menu and are easily accessible by public transit but also by bicycle.
We went to Eastside Marios on Wonderland road south in London Ontario, on June 22, 2015 at aprpximatly 2:00 pm. The greeter was seating us and my 21 month old was following her, I jokingly said "don't stalk her". She turned around and said to my son "or I'll punch you" with a very serious expression on her face. I though that can't have been what she said so I said "don't threaten to punch my son." She glared and walked away. We promptly talked to the manager who apoligised but did nothing to fix the situation. She walked with us to the door and let us walk out. Now we are having a wonderful meal at Buffalo Wild Wings where no one has threatened to punch our son.
