Worst Salon I've Ever Been To!!
Honestly the worst experience at a hairdresser I've ever had (& I've had my dark brown roots accidentally bleached before) I paid for a full head of highlights & a cut. As soon as I sat down I was told I'd be charged extra b/c my hair is long & thick (fine). She did half of my head and only put dye on my roots which left me with uneven colour. Was told toner was extra & when I complained a/b uneven brassy colour, was told I'd have to pay to fix it! And to have a "full" cut I'd have to pay extra!
