Useless company! I left the same review on their website and they removed it. Ordered a 1,000 lb Motorcycle/ATV Lift SKU: 8880239 7 days ago, Paid delivery costs, no sign of item, No one knows why its not delivered. Purolator made no contact. Princess Auto clueless about why the delivery did not take place. My worst customer experience. Cancelled order, better to pay more somewhere else and get delivery on time. Don't waste your time.
Sale items not available. Manager does not know why not willing to mark down similar items even after being told that we came a long way to shop! Staff unfriendly and in a hurry to go nowhere.
