Poor customer service begins at the top

I have been to this establishment on 3 separate occasions, all worse then the time before. The first was the week they opened, thus I forgave the poor quality of food and service. The next time took almost an hour to be served (me and my spouse ordered a regular breakfast fair of eggs and toast). When the food arrived it was cold and undercooked. The last time I went (and last time I will ever go) we never even made it to our table, as the owner would not seat us and kicked us out because I asked for another table (as I am overweight and pregnant, sitting with my chair smushed into the table (and having the person behind me do the same thing) was not my idea of a good meal). Overall not good food and not good service.
