We ordered appetizers for dinner tonight. We got garlic bread from Grecos. The pictures look better than what it actually looked like. The bread is a giant loaf, uncut, looks like the butter was slathered over the top and cheese on top, rolled in foil and heated. When we unwrapped it was soggy, the foil was stuck in the cheese. You can actually see the water on the bread. When I called I was told that this is how it came. She argued that it was sliced, and that this is how it came. I told her I
Terrible customer service!!! Called three times in a row and left on hold for at least 5 minutes all three times. This is the same EVERY time you call. Showing up to pick up your pizza is even worse. It’s never ready!!
The food is decent, or we wouldn’t bother. For a business who’s been around as long as they have, they’re regressing instead of progressing with the times!!! Get a website already!!!
In house service was excellent-friendly,courteous,helpful in menu selection,felt like waitress wanted to provide the best service she could possibly give a customer.
I am from out of town and have visited the Lakeshore location a few times with the same pleased food and service.

We do our best to provide fast service to all of our customers in the City, however during peak times our small (though productive!) kitchen just cannot keep up with the demands of our customers. We do apologize for this, however I can assure you that even at the busiest of times, we are always putting our food out as quickly as we possibly can, while maintaining the quality we know you expect. North Bay goto restaurant.
Greco's(specifically the Algonquin location) is a must do when visiting North Bay. They offer some of the best pizza available anywhere...and I've had good pizza(in NYC and Chicago)...Greco's is as good or even better.
