The UPS Store (Bathurst/Lawrence)

dropped off package for US worth $700 that didnt have invoice,and asked if everything was ok, was told yes looks fine. Went through a true nightmare because of that ,never got delivered ,and didnt even come back to me lost the $700 ,very complex story to explain but it was really bad ,spent so much time on phone with UPS and they didnt do anything for me but made me think they were working on it every time ! Also that same guy was very arrogant and rude, other times I have been there !

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . I've never been so confused and disgusted by a lack of customer service in my life . I received A notification saying my package was ready to be picked up , I called to confirm so I could pick it up since I live really close . The woman on the phone said they were closed and I had to pick it up the next day , I asked her a few questions about the sizing of product etc .
