Inefficient and a waste of money.
I recently closed my account with Mr. Koziar after it became much too frustrating trying to contact him. After many attempts at trying to reach him, when he did finally return my calls, he would ask me the same questions he had asked me when I last talked to him, months ago. My court case was clearly going nowhere. Here is a summary of my dealings with Mr. Koziar: In January, he sent some papers and a letter to the other party. However, I ended up just travelling two hours to go with the other party to his lawyer. His lawyer alerted me that the papers Mr. Koziar sent were incomplete. In February, Mr. Koziar sent me a copy of a letter from the other lawyer. In May, Mr. Koziar sent a letter to the other lawyer agreeing to his terms (which we had already agreed to prior to my visit in January). In July, he sent another letter to the lawyer saying the same thing. Later in July, Mr. Koziar told me over the phone that the other lawyer wanted him to prepare the paperwork, hence the delay. I am unsure of why Mr. Koziar refused to prepare the paperwork. It cost me $750 for five copies of letters which amount to absolutely nothing. Mr. Koziar now has the audacity to ask for an additional $490 from me. Dealing with Mr. Koziar has probably been the biggest waste of money I have ever spent, especially considering the other party was completely agreeable to everything that I thought Mr. Koziar and I had agreed upon.
