In the sprint of 2021, I bought a package for $376. I booked an appointment in September 2021. He did not show, nor did he cancel. This was the second time he had done that. I asked for a refund. He agreed and then changed his mind. Over time, it became clear, he would not refund me. I tried to book another appointment. No shows. He now informs me he is going backrupt and still refuses to refund me.

On the day of the appointment, he did not show up. I called him and he did not answer. I talked to another person that also has a business there and she told me it was not the first time she saw him doing that. After almost an hour since I called him, he texted me saying that he was in another city and that we could reschedule. I asked to cancel the package and get my refund. He refused to give me a refund, trying to convince me to reschedule the appointment. I still have not got my refund.
