    I have been bringing in my family collection of photos over the last year and I was totally impressed by the quality and organization of my photos. It was all done in a timely manner and the customer service was excellent. I have recommended RedMango to all my friends and family!

    My family hired Nevenka to scan all of old family photos and I wanted to write an honest review to warn others about her services. After a quick turnaround and receiving our scans on a USB, we realized she had missed large piles of photos - most importantly a stack of 2-300 photos that she did not scan and did not tell us about. It took 3 additional trips to her to ensure all photos were done as promised. I would go with another company if I could do it over again.

    Hi Nicole, I am sorry you feel this way & surprisingly shocked as I felt our raport with one another was very good. We feel we went our of our way to rectify what was initially a mistake on our end regarding missed photos & a software update issue. We even, without hesitation, manually rescanned photos that were cropped too much by our automated scanner. We have & always will go out of our way to make sure our clients are happy & satisfied. We apologize for any inconvenience to you.
