im not sure who these other reviews have been dealing with, Scott at Thorld is hand down the best person to look for car parts, when i can't find something i call Scott, if he doesn't have an answer on the phone he has always called me back and emailed me, top notch service !!!!!
Unfortunately my experience with Thorold Auto parts wasn't good at all.
First tranny didn't work (they admitted they dropped it), second one bangs shifting into reverse.
Since that the sales guy George stopped answering/returning our calls and managers Mike and Frank never replied to my emails.
