Swiss Chalet

Ordered on line for delivery chicken and ribs did not receive the chicken. Took them an hour to deliver the chicken. Will never order from them again.

Dining at your restaurant this evening, there were many vacant tables. We waited for 2 parties ahead of us to be seated...time 20 minutes! From what I viewed...the 1 hostess had to bus the tables as well as deal with customers! No need for this as someone should be hired to clean tables and as well why not seat people at all the vacant tables! It is a busy time of the year and you ate offering the Festive Specisls; therefore you should have more staff working! Hire more staff..not fair!

I enjoy dining at Swiss Chalet very much. I am delighted that they have added roast beef to the menu, but please please remove the fat from the beef. I did not enjoy my beef dinner because it was too fatty. Thanks.
