I've been smoking for many years. I didn't think I had a problem until I went for a physical. My smoking was beginning to affect my breathing. I was told I had to quite smoking I never noticed the smoke stench that hung over me or the discolouration of my fingers and teeth over the years. Never noticed the change and I guess people close to me didn't have the heart to tell me the obvious. I tried everything under the sun but I just couldn't kick the habit. It got so bad smoking was the first thing I did in the morning and the last thing I did at night. At one point I just gave up.
