Kim Tigre Deane is a graduate of the University of Windsor. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminology. Kim concurrently obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Arts in Sociology degrees. She was called to the bar in 1997.
