Inventory, because the store has so many pairs in stock that first-time visitors are often overwhelmed by the quantity of denim, stacked from floor to ceiling and then some. And service, because for clients to find exactly what they want, store owners Borys Fridman and Leroy Richard son assembled a team of devoted employees whose mission is to assist shoppers from the moment they enter the store until the moment they're handed their receipt.

"We don’t do décor and we don’t do interior design. That’s how we can afford to offer such discounts: keeping costs low, carrying big quantities," explains Borys. "Instead, we do service. It’s a lost art today, but here, you get service, and a great one." Judging by the store’s success over the years they've been in business, Borys’ approach to retail seems to be working.
