Anita Turano, the co-owner of La Mansarde Bleue, a gift, clothing and accessories shop in Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie, has an impressive CV. She studied fashion marketing at LaSalle College before working for companies like the Aldo Group and Levi Strauss. She also had a significant hand in opening Aldo's first stores in Europe, and was responsible for purchasing for boutiques in Poland, Denmark, Portugal and Ireland.
Anita is a true fashion professional. "I've always worked in purchasing, visual presentation and consumer behaviour," she says. As far back as 2000, she travelled to Bogota, Colombia, to participate in the opening of a school on behalf of LaSalle College. That's where she developed her approach to fashion marketing.
