** The Most Trustworthy Company You Can Rely On**
I rented my old hot water tank from Gaz Metro Plus (GMP) for 16 years. When I contacted GMP to arrange a replacement, they informed me that they no longer offer rentals and recommended Chauffage Envertec. I received a phone call from Mr. Jacques Scott, a very respectful gentleman with a gentle voice. However, I decided to shop around first. I was contacted by this company to remove the rented gas hot water tank which no longer worked. I had planned to buy a tank elsewhere but unfortunately listened to the person who called, stated that although the tank they offered was slightly more expensive it was built to Energir's higher standards, had a 6 year guarantee - it turned out to be a piece of junk; stopped working within a week. And I have to wait for the manufacturer to service the guarantee; this company doesn't have the pieces!
I called Energir (old GazMet) for a new tank. Envertek showed up. Great service, flexible scheduling, good products. After the hot water tank installation (natural gas), I then got them to install 2 heat pumps (thermopompes) that does cooling and heating to -20C!! Going on now for >6 months - no issues and saving tons! Keep up the good work Envertek!
