Modifications unilatérale et abusive des tarifs de location de bonbonnes. Double du prix.

Restez loin de Suroit propane, apres plusieurs frustrations, ils m’ont promis un rabais à vie sur mes livraisons de propane.... Surprise, ils n’appliquent pas mon rabais.

Stay away from Propane du Suroit. After more then 12 years of paying $100 +TX per year for the location of a propane tank they never did anything to it, now when I ask them to remove them OWN tank they sent me a bill for $150+TX for the removal service. I called some other company's and they told me this is not a frequent practice and only the company's who don't respect them customer's practice this kind of service.

2009 Gas BBQ

I purchased a expensive BBQ from them in 2009 and was not happy with it and they replaced it free! The second one had the same problem and they credited my the original purchase price in 2010. I purchased a third BBQ in 2010 and would buy again because these Guys understand customer service. They did not manufacture the BBQ but took responsibility to fix the problem, Well done !!!
