pire service a la clientèle que jai vu. En un ans et demi jai réussi à avoir la ligne 3 fois (sur 40 appels et plus) et cest 3 fois ils mon mit en attente puis mon raccrocher la ligne au nez. Si vous les appelez ils répondent pas 5 fois et ensuite cest engager pour les 2 hrs suivante... je mit suis pointé une fois en magasin (car javais appeler 5 fois) et il nont pas voulu préparer mes sushi ( il était 5h30pm!)
I have no clue how you train your empoyees at the front, the ones who make the sushis, but if they would be more serious and consistant in their work, this would be way better. The service and quality of the food varies immensely every single time I eat there. If I'm going to go back to a restaurant it's mainly because I liked it and expect the taste to be the same at all times. It's been a while that I don't eat there anymore because of those reasons.
